Would You Start Your Day Like That?

Last week, I read this my to-do list for today on the internet,

– count my blessings;
– practice kindness;
– let go of what I can’t control;
– listen to my heart;
– be productive yet calm;
– just breathe.

Supposedly, if we considered all the the above points here and there during our day, we would be more optimistic, positive and look at life, people with a brighter perspective.
